It's also where Roberta chose to celebrate her own wedding. So when we plan here, we don't work from a brochure. We share an island we know from both sides of the aisle.
We are a full-service destination planning agency created for Americans celebrating in Italy and the Mediterranean. An Island That Feeds the Soul
Of all the regions where we plan, Sicily offers one of the most extraordinary food experiences in Italy. Centuries of Greek, Arab, Norman and Spanish influence live on in every course.
Think street-food stations of arancini and panelle during cocktail hour. Fish caught that morning. Pistachio from the slopes of Etna. Cannoli filled to order, and almond granita when the dancing slows after midnight. Pour wines from Etna's volcanic vineyards and Nero d'Avola from the southeast, then close the night with a glass of Marsala.
For couples who believe the best memories are made around a long table, Sicily is very hard to rival.
The Honest Answer About the Seasons
Two questions nearly every couple asks us: Will the landscape be green in summer? And will it be very hot?
No, and yes.
Sicily is green in winter and spring. By summer, the countryside turns sun-baked and golden. It is beautiful in its own way, but it is not the lush green many couples picture. The heat is real too, and it shapes everything from ceremony timing to what your guests will comfortably wear.
If you'd prefer to avoid peak temperatures, we recommend early June, September, or October. The sea is still warm, the light is softer, and evenings outdoors feel effortless.
Dreaming of July or August? It can absolutely work, with the right venue, a later ceremony, thoughtful shade, and a timeline built around the heat rather than against it.
Choosing Your Corner of the Island

Palermo & the West
Other estates we know intimately include Borgo del Carato, Villa Tasca, Braccialieri, La Chiusa Country House and Borgo Tancredi. Because we don't work with fixed vendor or venue agreements, every recommendation we make is based on one thing: what fits you.
Honey-colored baroque towns, almond and olive groves, and some of the island's most refined country estates. Here we know places like Dimora delle Balze and Tenuta Falconeri, and we have planned celebrations at the Tonnara di Marzamemi, a historic tuna fishery that sits right on the water.
The Southeast & Val di Noto
Citrus groves, volcanic landscapes, and the easiest access for international guests. We have planned weddings at Commenda di San Calogero, a historic estate surrounded by orange and olive groves, a short drive from Catania airport.
Near Catania & Mount Etna
Sicily is larger than most couples expect, and each area has a personality of its own. Choosing where to celebrate is one of the first and most important decisions we make together.
Getting Your Guests There, Gracefully
Logistics are one of Sicily's real challenges, especially inland. Driving takes longer than distances suggest, and moving between the east and west coasts in a single weekend is rarely a good idea.
The good news is that Catania airport offers direct international flights, making eastern Sicily the most accessible choice for guests traveling from abroad. Palermo serves the west.

Planning a Wedding in Piedmont or Tuscany: Your Questions, Answered
To avoid the strongest summer heat, early June, September and October are ideal. The sea is warm, evenings are pleasant outdoors, and the light is softer. July and August can work beautifully with careful planning around the heat.

Catania airport offers direct international flights and is the most convenient choice for eastern Sicily, including Val di Noto and the Etna area. Palermo airport serves the west.
Absolutely. Sicily is ideal for multi-day celebrations: a welcome dinner, the wedding day, a relaxed farewell by the sea. We recommend keeping the whole weekend within one area of the island to spare guests long transfers.
We are based in Piedmont and plan celebrations throughout Italy and the Mediterranean. Sicily holds a special place for us: it's where Roberta celebrated her own wedding.
For a celebration of around 80 guests, most weddings we plan in Sicily begin at approximately €70,000 in total investment for the wedding day celebration. The final figure depends primarily on guest count, venue, and the length of the celebration.
